Qatar: Passing "JASTA" law is violation of principles of equality and sovereign immunity of states

Qatari cabinet confirmed today that the adoption of the so-called Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act known as (JASTA) in the United States represents a violation of the principles of equality and the sovereign immunity of states.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs of Qatar, Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud said after the council meeting that JASTA undermines the stable international norms which are the bases of relations between the states.
