Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of topics and issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Al-Sharq newspapers commented on the National Transformation Program in the Kingdom, saying that when 500 initiatives to be implemented by government agencies until 2020, there is no doubt that we are facing a developmental approach, indicating that the program started with the appearance of Ministers in front of the public as a form of pledge which binds officials and citizens having a high degree of awareness and ability. The papers noted that during this week, meetings and press conferences are broadcast live on all local media in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between the Ministers responsible for the preparation of future plans for the phased transformation in the state based on the vision and thought of young people and their reading of the future, away from dependence on the only source of income, petroleum. --More
