The body of a presumed stowaway was discovered on a Brussels Airlines flight that arrived in the Belgian capital from the Senegalese capital of Dakar, the airline said Tuesday, confirming a media report, according to dpa. "Indeed, on board of one of our aircraft, the body was found of a person who had died," Brussels Airlines spokesman Geert Sciot told the Belga news agency. The discovery was initially reported by VTM News. Engineers carrying out maintenance found the body of an "unknown African man" in the landing gear of the plane, Sciot added. The police and prosecution have been informed, and an inquiry is underway, according to Belga.
