The terrorist Taliban group killed seven people including a local intelligence chief in northern Afghanistan Monday, dpa cited an official as saying. "Sharafuddin, the NDS chief for Sancharak district, his deputy and three other soldiers were killed when they were returning from a prayer session" in the northern province of Sar-I Pul, governor spokesman Zabihullah Amani said. Two civilians including a child were also killed in the ambush, he said.
