King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid's team delivered here yesterday, 100 tons of dates as a gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Government of Niger, in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to Niger, Turki bin Naji Al-Ali, and representatives of the Saudi Ministry of Finance, at Niamey-based headquarters of the stores of the Ministry of Humanitarian Action and Crisis Management. The gift was received by the Minister of Humanitarian Action and Disaster Management, Magagi Laouan, in the presence of the religious affairs advisor to the Prime Minister Sheikh Abdu Boureima, and a number of officials in the Republic of Niger. For his part, Sheikh Abdu Boureima expressed thanks and appreciation to the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for this gift, which he described as generous and important, especially since it comes a few days before the holy month of Ramadan.
