Kingdom Participates in the Comprehensive Review Meeting of Istanbul Work Program

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has participated in the biannual high-level comprehensive review meeting of Istanbul work program for UN on the less-developed countries.
The Kingdom's delegation was headed by Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Planning for Economic Affairs Abdullah bin Ali Al-Marwani.
Addressing the meeting, Al-Marwani confirmed that the Kingdom is one of the biggest donor countries in the world and key partner in international development, pointing out that the total donation the Kingdom has offered amounts during the period between 1973 - 2014 to more than $115 billion, benefiting more than 90 countries from the developing countries in Asia, Africa and other regions of the world.
