Availing himself of opening Saudi Arabia's first home-made gas turibe, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Faleh, Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, highlighted key aspects of vision 2030. Addressing the opening ceremony of the turbine, produced by Dammam-based Siemens Center for Energy, Al-Faleh disclosed that following the announcement of the Kingdom vision 2030 in the industrial field, a national transformative program will soon be launched. He said the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz has touched three major items: promotion of human resources, the infrastructure and the integration among all economic players. He underscored the importance of steering the industrial force towards exportation while meeting the local demand. He added that the nationalization plan which orchestrates the industrial sector will cover other sectors, citing the health services and renewed energy. Dammam gas turbine factory is the Middle East's largest and among Siemens Energy Corporation's biggest in the world, aiming to enhancing the national economy, diversifying the sources of income, creating job opportunities and meeting the local as well as foreign markets needs.
