At least 19 people were killed and over a dozen wounded when a bus collided with a truck in central Pakistan on Wednesday, dpa cited police and medics as saying. The bus with more than three dozen passengers was heading to the city of Layyah in the central province of Punjab when it hit the bus head-on before dawn, police official Mohamed Tayyab said. At least 15 people died on the spot and four more died of their injuries later, said doctor Naeem Hashmi at the Allied Hospital in the city of Faisalabad, where another 15 people were being treated.
