As much as 15,000 sacrifice meat, processed during last Hajj season, will be distributed over the needy in Lebanon, a joint effort between the Saudi embassy in Beirut and the Zakat (alms) Fund of Dar Al-Ifta of Lebanon, it was reported here today. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Ali, the President of the Islamic Development Bank, said the plan is part of a comprehensive program to distribute last Hajj's sacrifice meat over the needy in 23 countries in Asia and Africa. In the name of the Sacrifice Meat Committee, he expressed thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, his Crown Prince and Deputy Crown Prince for this great charity program benefiting millions of the needy all over the world.
