A ship laden with 7,500 heads of sacrificial frozen meat arrived at Beirut seaport today to be distributed to 6,500 needy people within the framework of Saudi Arabia's Project for Utilization of Sacrificial Meat managed by Islamic Development Bank (IDB). The Official in Charge of Projects Department at Zakat (Alms) Fund Mohammed Aboud expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince, for their unlimited support for this large charitable project, which benefits millions of needy people in the world. The shipment comes within the plan for Hajj season 1433 AH for the distribution of more than 200,000 heads of frozen sacrificial meat in 24 countries.
