Arab League Council stressed at the level of foreign ministers, rejecting all measures that were taken by the Israeli occupation authorities aimed at changing the legal, physical and demographic situation of the Arab occupied Syrian Golan, and to consider the Israeli measures to perpetuate illegal occupation as null and void, and constitute a violation of international conventions and the Charter of the United Nations and the international legitimacy resolutions, all of which confirmed that the Israeli decision on December 14, 1981 to annex the occupied Syrian Arab Golan is illegal and null and void and is of no legal effect and constitutes a serious violation of the resolutions of international legitimacy. The Council also condemned the construction and expansion of settlements and the transfer of settlers to the exploitation of natural resources and building projects on them, and the settlers in the Israeli cooperative villages in the occupied Syrian Arab Golan wading in a new expansion projects and the repeated calls by Israeli officials to bring in more settlers, and invite the international community to adhere to the resolutions of international legitimacy and refusing to condemn the Israeli settlement activities, in the occupied Syrian Arab Golan.
