U.N. Says Peacekeeper Killed Two in Mali

A U.N. peacekeeper opened fire inside a military base in the northern Mali town of Kidal and killed two people, the U.N. mission in the country (MINUSMA) said Thursday.
MINUSMA said that an investigation was under way.
According to reports, the incident followed an argument between two men.
