The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud patronizes the International Conference on Late Prince Saud Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz entitled ''Saud, the homelands'' being organized by King Faisal Center for Islamic Research and Studies. The three-day conference comes within the framework of the Center's keenness on shedding light on the biography of Late Prince Saud Al-Faisal (May Allah bestow mercy upon his soul) and his great efforts in Saudi diplomacy and the various aspects of his life, as the late Prince was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the longest service in the world from 8 Shawwal 1395 AH / October 13, 1975 AD to 10 Rajab 1436 AH / April 29, 2015AH. The conference is to be attended by a group of princes, presidents, premiers and ministers from the Kingdom and abroad, and the list of the conference's guests is comprised of about one thousand guests, including 200 prominent international figures, some of them are still occupying posts including heads of state, heads of governments, foreign ministers, ministers, heads of international and regional organizations, intellectuals, politicians, and researchers.
