Fitch Ratings félicite le budget général du Royaume de l'année 2016

Fitch Ratings a salué le budget général du Royaume d'Arabie saoudite en 2016, qui comprenait des réformes relatives à ajuster les dépenses en indiquant que les aspects de nouveau budget proposent des mesures pour améliorer le cadre des politiques financières à travers la rationalisation des dépenses et de sa gestion en recourant à la privatisation pour ralentir la croissance des dépenses récurrentes comme les salaires et de l'adoption d'un cadre de dépenses à moyen terme, ainsi que de la création d'un organisme de gestion de la dette. Elle a ajouté que des mesures prises visent à s'adapter la baisse des prix du pétrole, en focalisant sur l'augmentation des prix de l'essence et des services tels que l'électricité et du gaz, ce qui pousse le processus de réforme à avancer progressivement au cours des cinq prochaines années. Ces mesures prises sont de nature à traiter dans le même temps, la vision négative de la note souveraine saoudienne à "AA".
Fitch a confirmé que la recherche du Royaume à augmenter les recettes non pétrolières est une étape positive dans la façon de réduire le déficit prévu cette année en indiquant que le gouvernement saoudien va financer le déficit de la meme manière que en 2015 par le recours aux réserves. Elle a conclu en disant: Le royaume va dans le sens pour éviter les effets de la baisse des recettes pétrolières dans son budget actuel.
