Jordan condemned terrorist attacks targeting a restaurant and a hotel in Burkina Faso's capital of Ouagadougou early today, as well as another terrorist offense on the African Unity mission in Somalia on Friday, killing and injuring scores of innocent victims. In a statement, the Jordanian Minister of State for Media Affairs Dr. Mohammed Al-Mo'meni, who is also the government's spokesman, confirmed Jordan's firm position categorically rejecting all terrorism actions, regardless of their justifications and motives, calling on the world community to unite efforts to confront the international terrorism in all its forms which threatens international peace and security. Al-Mo'meni conveyed the condolence of his government on the victims of the explosions, wishing the injured quick recovery.
