Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir and GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani held a joint press conference at King Salman Air Base Airport here today following the conclusion of the 42nd extraordinary meeting of the GCC Ministerial Council. Al-Jubeir said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries are working on formulating a resolution at the UN Security Council condemning the Iranian aggression, adding that "We are working with the international community to clarify the true image of Iran". "The GCC Ministerial Council extensively discussed the Iranian attack on the Saudi Embassy in Tehran and its Consulate in Mashhad as well as Iran's aggressive policies in the region and its ongoing interventions in the affairs of the region's countries which aim at destabilizing their security and stability," Al-Jubeir said, adding that the GCC Foreign Ministers had concluded a unified view regarding the recent aggression on the Saudi diplomatic mission in Iran. --More 21:09 LOCAL TIME 18:09 GMT تغريد
