Iraq's prime minister Haider Al-Abadi pledged that the year 2016 will witness the eradication of corruption and rid of Daesh terrorist bands from Iraq. In a speech at a ceremony to mark the 94th anniversary of the establishment of Iraqi police, Al-Abadi rejected the presence of any foreign force on the territory of Iraq, calling on Turkey to withdraw its forces from the northern parts of the country, vowing that his government would take the necessary measures to push them away.
