The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the two terrorist assaults which targeted the Saudi Embassy in Tehran and its consulate in Mashhad city in Iranian Islamic Republic, stressing that such barbaric and mob acts represents a flagrant and refused violation of international conventions and norms as well as Vienna Agreement on Diplomatic Relationships for 1961, which ensures security and protection of diplomatic missions and their members. According to what has been broadcast by Bahrain News Agency, the Bahraini Foreign Ministry reiterated the pioneering role being played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to settle security pillars and enhance the bases of peace and stability at regional and international levels.
