Jubeir stressed that the Kingdom is continuing to urge the international community to use its influence with all friends to reach a fair settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict leading to establishment of Palestinian state, noting that the Kingdom, since beginning of this crisis, stands by the Palestinian people and government financially, politically and morally. Regarding the Islamic Military Alliance to combat terrorism, the foreign minister said: "the alliance, which included more than 35 countries at the time, is an alliance for all countries. Its aim is to counter terrorism from security, military and intellectual aspects," Al-Jubeir added. He pointed out that joining the alliance is voluntary and each state should choose what is the kind of support, pointing out that coordination will be among Islamic countries regarding exchanging information, expertise and provision of equipment in the field of security. "International cooperation is important to eliminate terrorism. The international alliance is very important as the Islamic alliance," Al-Jubeir added, pointing out that one country cannot fight terrorism.
