Strong winds on Friday forced the planned launch of the private cargo spacecraft Cygnus to be scrubbed for the second day in a row, NASA said. The unmanned spacecraft is set to deliver 3,000 kilograms of food, scientific experiments, and spare parts to the International Space Station in orbit around the Earth. The mission was initially planned to lift off on Thursday, but was postponed due to weather conditions. The launch is now rescheduled for Saturday from Cape Canaveral, Florida.
