The General Secretariat of the Senior Scholars Commission condemned today the terrorist attacks that hit the French capital, Paris, and killed and injured a number of innocent people. The General Secretariat pointed out that these terrorist acts are not sanctioned by Islam and are contrary to its values. In a statement today, the General Secretariat confirmed that these terrorist acts and other recent terrorist acts are an extension of terrorism practiced by the criminal Syrian regime and its associates against the unarmed Syrian people who is bombed by explosive barrels. As a result of this regime, Daash terrorist group came out, exchanging roles with Bashar's regime. Turning a blind eye to this by the world has led to these horrific crimes. The General Secretariat also said that the elimination of terrorism requires concerted efforts from a unified moral stance.
