The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is going to host the Fourth Summit of the Arab-South American States. The summit aims to deepen political, economic, social and cultural fields between the two sides. The foreign ministers of the participating countries in the summit will hold meeting tomorrow in Riyadh to discuss outcomes of the consultative meeting at the level of the permanent representatives at the Arab League held recently in Cairo. In a statement, Ambassador Ibrahim Muhiee Al-Dain, Director General of the Two Americas at the Arab League, said that a draft Riyadh declaration will be issued at the end of the summit in addition to a final communiqué. He added that the summit's agenda will include a number of political issues, including the Palestinian cause in addition to the latest developments in Syria, Yemen and Libya. The volume of trade exchange between Arab and South American countries reached to $30 billion at the end of 2016.
