Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Watan, Al-Youm and Okaz newspapers commented on Vienna conference on Syria, saying that despite the high flexibility shown by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the quartet meeting concluded in Vienna yesterday at the level of Foreign Ministers of the Kingdom, the United States of America, Russia, and Turkey has not reached a decisive end on the Syrian crisis. The papers pointed out that the fate of Bashar Al-Assad is the fundamental point of contention, noting that while his presence becomes rejected at domestic and international levels, Russia adheres to his survival, adding if Russia doesn't not change its position regarding Al-Assad, then there is no hope of a solution satisfactory to Syrians and parties concerned to end the crisis in the interest of the Syrian people. --More 10:52 LOCAL TIME 07:52 GMT تغريد
