In front of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud at Al-Yamamah Palace here today, Saudi ambassadors recently designated to a number of sisterly and friendly countries were sworn in. They included Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki bin Abdullah, Ambassador-designate to the United States of America; Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Turki bin Abdullah, Ambassador-designate to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Anqari, Ambassador-designate to the French Republic; Dr. Awad bin Saleh Al-Awad, Ambassador-designate to the Federal Republic of Germany; and Badr bin Ali bin Ahmed Kahil, Ambassador-designate to the Republic of Maldives. They said, "I swear by Allah Almighty to be loyal to my religion, King and homeland; not to divulge a secret of the state's secrets, maintain its interests and regulations at home and abroad, and perform my works with honesty, sincerity and loyalty". Then the Ambassadors and Ambassador-designate to the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh greeted the King and listened to his directives. The King prayed to Allah Almighty to guide them in the performance of their missions and the service of their religion, homeland and people. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense; Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi; and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani.
