AlHijjah 28, 1436, October 12, 2015, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet's session at Al-Yamamah palace in Riyadh on Monday afternoon. - The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his thanks and appreciation to the leaders of brotherly and friendly countries and all who offered condolences to the Kingdom on the victims of the pilgrims stampede incident in Mina. - The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques confirmed that irresponsible statements aimed at political exploitation of this incident, and causing dissension and division in the Muslim world will not affect the Kingdom's role and its great duty and responsibilities in the service of pilgrims. - The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques briefed the Cabinet on his talks with the President of Republic of Yemen, and President of Islamic Republic of Mauritania. - The Cabinet expressed its thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for ordering to disburse assistance to the families of deceased and injured people in the fall incident of a crane at the Grand Holy Mosque. - The Cabinet expressed, on the 85th anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its thanks and praise to Allah Almighty for the Kingdom's enjoying of the blessings of security and stability, and witnessing development, growth and prosperity. - The Cabinet prayed to Allah Almighty to reward the founder of this great entity the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, and his sons, the Kings, after him for what they have achieved of continuing accomplishments for the homeland. - The Cabinet prayed to Allah Almighty to guide and reward greatly the King for his care and attention to the Two Holy Mosques, their visitors and all Muslims affairs, and for what Kingdom is witnessing under his wise leadership of security and safety, and what he is characterized of a future vision full of balanced trends to advance citizens to the highest levels of living and economy and the Kingdom to be a successful and pioneering model in the world at all levels. - The Cabinet was briefed by the Deputy Crown Prince on the results of his visit to Russian Federation and his meeting with President Vladimir Putin, during which it was confirmed the Kingdom's keenness to achieve the aspirations of the Syrian people and its position in support of resolving the Syrian crisis on a peaceful basis in accordance with the decisions of the Geneva Conference (1), ensuring the ending the suffering of the Syrian people from the tragedies by the Syrian regime, and avoiding continuing consequences of this crisis on the security and stability in the region. - The Cabinet expressed its congratulations to the Government of the Republic of Yemen and the Yemeni people on the occasion of the return of the government and its carrying out its missions from the city of Aden. - The Cabinet denounced violations, provocative procedures and continuous attacks by Israeli occupation authorities and settlers on Al-Aqsa Mosque, the city of Al-Quds, the West Bank and the Palestinian people, stressing the calls made by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, during his contacts with the presidents of effective states and the Secretary General of the United Nations for the need to exert serious and rapid efforts, and the intervention of the Security Council to take urgent measures to stop all Israeli violations. - The Cabinet welcomed the political agreement reached by representatives of the Libyan parties in Sukhairat city in Morocco on the formation of a national unity government. - The Cabinet condemned the terrorist bombing in the capital of Republic of Turkey, re-emphasizing the Kingdom's solidarity and standing with the brotherly Republic of Turkey in combating terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
