AlHijjah 9, 1436, September 23, 2015, SPA -- Tropical Storm Ida Wednesday remained poorly organized as it meandered over the central tropical Atlantic, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said. The storm's maximum sustained winds early Wednesday were 65 kilometers per hour (kph) with little change in strength forecast through late Thursday. The storm was centered roughly 1,700 kilometers east of the northern Leeward Islands and was moving south at 7 kph.
