Lebanon-Based Palestinian popular committees Hail Signed Agreement between SFD and UNRWA

AlQa'dah 18, 1436, Sep 2, 2015, SPA -- The Palestinian popular committees in Lebanon have stressed the importance of the agreement signed between the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA).
In a statement on this agreement, the Palestinian popular committees commended the agreement which included the SFD's donation worth $ 19.5 million allocated to UNRWA.
They valued this donation as a great support for the humanitarian issues of Palestinian refugees and expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, government and people for their permanent support for the Palestinian people.
From the Saudi side, the agreement was signed by Engineer Yousef Ibrahim Al-Bassam, Vice President and Managing Director of the Saudi Fund for Development.
