AlQa'dah 15, 1436, August 30, 2015, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Almazbek Atambayev of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
