AlQa'dah 14, 1436, Aug 29, 2015, SPA -- The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey on the anniversary of his country's Victory Day.
