AlQa'dah 4, 1436, Aug 19, 2015, SPA -- The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. Mohammed Ashraf Ghani of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the President constant good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
