AlQa'dah 04, 1436, August 19, 2015, SPA -- Chinese shares slumped again Wednesday as the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index fell 3.12 per cent in morning trading, dpa reported. On Tuesday, the index had closed down 6.15 per cent. The Shenzhen Component Index lost 2.71 per cent by the end of Wednesday morning trading, while the ChiNext Index, tracking China's Nasdaq-style index of growth companies, fell 3.07 per cent. Stocks in foreign trade, transportation and the non-ferrous metal industry led today's slump, the official Xinhua news agency said.
