Senior Ulema Council's General Secretariat Condemns Heinous Massacre by Syrian Terrorist Regime

AlQa'dah 02, 1436, August 17, 2015, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Council of Senior Ulema condemned the heinous massacre carried out recently by the terrorist regime in Syria.
The massacre targeted the popular market in the town of Duma, killing more than 100 persons and wounding 300 others of innocent civilians.
