Magnitude 4.0 earthquake jolts San Francisco Bay Area

AlQa'dah 2, 1436, Aug 17, 2015, SPA -- The San Francisco Bay Area experienced a 4.0 magnitude on Monday morning, the United States Geological Survey reported.
According to Reuters, the earthquake, near the town of Piedmont located east of San Francisco, was also felt in nearby Oakland, according to a Reuters witness.
