AlQa'dah 02, 1436, August 17, 2015, SPA -- Sodium cyanide 27.4 times higher than safety standards has been detected in surface wastewater at a northern China blast site as firefighters raced to clear the deadly chemical ahead of forecast rain, state media reported Monday, according to dpa. The toll from Wednesday's explosions at a chemical warehouse in Tianjin climbed to 114 as rescuers found two more bodies in the debris, said Gong Jiansheng, deputy chief of Tianjin city publicity department. At least 70 people are still missing and 698 injured, including 57 in critical or serious condition. Most of the missing are firemen, Gong said.
