The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) for combating the crimes of laundering, financing of terrorism and the proliferation of arms issued during its third general meeting of the 26th session held in the city of Brisbane in Australia on June 26, 2015, a unanimous resolution approving granting the Kingdom Saudi Arabia an observer seat in the Force as a prelude to obtaining full membership in accordance with the policies and procedures of internal work to join the Force.
