Secretary General of the Arab League (AL) Nabeel Al-Arabi denounced, in the strongest words, the horrendous crime by extremist settlers, who attacked and burned a house at Doma village near Nablus, in the West Bank, leading to the burning to death of a Palestinian child, Ali Dawabsheh, and severe wounds to his family. AL described the crime as a dangerous escalation of terrorist acts by extremist settlers, protected by an indifferent and unperturbed Israeli army, against the Palestinian people, their land and their holy sites. Al-Arabi said that Israel, the occupying power, should be held fully responsible and accountable for the consequences of these mounting and systematic terrorist acts perpetrated by the extremist settlers in the occupied Palestinian territory. This heinous act, constituted a war crime, amid the silence and weakness of the world community, deter such repeatedly committed crimes. -- SPA 22:39 LOCAL TIME 19:39 GMT تغريد
