The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned in the strongest terms the horrendous crime by extremist settlers who attacked and burned a house in Nablus, in the West Bank, leading to the burning to death of a Palestinian child, Ali Dawabsheh, and the severe wounding of his family. The OIC described the crime as a dangerous escalation of terrorist acts by extremist settlers, protected by an indifferent and unperturbed Israeli army, against the Palestinian people, their land and their holy sites. OIC Secretary General Iyad bin Ameen Madani said that Israel, the occupying power, should be held fully responsible and accountable for the consequences of these mounting and systematic terrorist acts perpetrated by the extremist settlers in the occupied Palestinian territory. --More 19:32 LOCAL TIME 16:32 GMT تغريد
