The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed strong condemnation of the criminal terrorist actions perpetrated in different parts of the Republic of Tunisia on Monday, 15 June 2015, resulting in a toll of many casualties and wounded people among the security officers and defenseless citizens. OIC Secretary General Iyad bin Ameen Madani expressed the OIC's full solidarity with the people and Government of Tunisia in its war against the agents of terrorism and violent extremism. Madani extended condolences to the families of the martyrs and expressed best wishes for prompt recovery to the wounded. Madani further reiterated OIC's principled and unwavering stand against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and its condemnation of terrorists as enemies of life and bearers of a culture of death, killings and devastation.
