A delegation of the Shura Council has participated with the Bosnian people their commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre committed by Serbian forces in 1995, which claimed the lives of about 8,000 Bosnian Muslims. A statement issued by the Council today said that the delegation participating in the ceremony held recently in the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo included the Council's Member and Chairman of Saudi-Bosnian Parliamentary Friendship Committee Dr. Abdullah bin Hamoud Al-Harbi and the Council's Member and Committee's Member Dr. Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al-Atawi. During the visit, the delegation has met with the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Bosnian parliament Sefik Dzaferovic, who expressed his pleasure for the participation of the Shura Council's delegation in commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre.
