Riyadh and Al-Watan newspapers considered that the latest remarks delivered by President Barack Obama of the United States of America, did not surprise those who follow his policy when he said: The United States will not send additional troops to fight the terrorist ISIS organization (Daesh) in Iraq. They further said that since the emergence of this terrorist organization of Daesh and the position of Obama's administration and its strategy towards it remained unclear and hesitated. Okaz explained that the U.S. administration is now throwing the ball into the court of the Iraqi government, while confirming that confronting Daesh requires local forces on the ground and that Obama's statements in this way give signals to the Iraqi government to open the way in front of more of Iranian influence in the Iraqi affairs under the pretext of combating terrorism.
