The National Water Company (NWC) which is the main operator of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Project for Zamzam Water Distribution has confirmed its readiness to keep up with the growing demand for Zamzam water during the holy blessed month of Ramadan, through early preparations and raising of the capacity of the project's production lines to cope with the expected increase in demand in parallel of the giant projects that enjoyed by the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque. It pointed out that the project has produced, since its inception, more than 95 million of Zamzam water bottles. This was announced by Director of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Project for Zamzam Water Distribution Saeed bin Misfer Al-Wadie. He said that the company's preparations plans have been adopted since early time to raise the daily production capacity to meet the need of blessed water with the increase of all operating potentials, maintenance, purification, pumping and distribution as well as the increase of the number of service providers by (100%), so that the project can be run around the clock.
