Madinah and Okaz newspapers commented on Iran, saying that Iran does not miss an opportunity to support terrorist groups in all parts of the world, even beyond the borders of the region, to groups in countries from other continents far thousands of miles from Iran to achieve its ambitions in expansion. Al-Sharq newspaper noted that it is not surprising that the Yemeni consultations patronized by the Organization of the United Nations in Geneva have failed because Al-Houthi rebels were forced to attend them as a result of international pressure, bringing with them the dictates of Tehran, which do not serve Yemen nor the interest of its people. Al-Sharq newspaper indicated that Israel has played a role in the continuation of Al-Assad's regime through its intervention to the US administration so that it has not carried out its threat to strike the regime after its use of chemical weapons.
