The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi chaired the opening session of works and activities of the 6th International Symposium of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC" here today.
