The Ministry of Hajj has recently completed, an integrated project aiming to simplify procedures, dismantling bottlenecks, and prevent overcrowding, by shortening all the procedures in the two phases of arrival and departure, a way helps the pilgrims smoothly make their trecky journey among the sacred places and leaving to their homes by the most convenient ways, in light of preparations and the great efforts exerted by the competent authorities for their service. Assistant Deputy Minister of Hajj for Umrah Director General of the Ministry branch in Jeddah Abdullah bin Mohammed Marghalani, pointed out that the Ministry of Hajj has assigned weighing centers in Makkah and Medina to help transport pilgrims luggage before their arrival at the airport, and coordinated with the General Authority of Civil Aviation, to qualify a number of companies to do the job, in accordance with international conventions for the Air Safety.
