Colorado State University Grants Saudi Minister of Finance Honorary Doctorate.

Colorado State University granted today the Saudi Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, an honorary Doctorate in recognition of his rich career and achievements.
Al-Assaf received the certificate in the presence of President of CSU Dr. Tony Frank.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Al-Assaf said that he appreciates this honor from Colorado State University.
