According to statistics issued by the United Nations, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia topped the list of donor countries for voluntary assistance to finance humanitarian relief operations in 2008. The International organizations continue commending the Saudi humanitarian works which were provided as the Kingdom's fixed strategy, without any political purposes, or other considerations.
