A Jordanian official responsible source confirmed participation of Jordan with several Arab countries in the Determination Storm operation to support the legitimacy in Yemen. In a press statement today, he said, "This participation is consistent with support for the security and stability of Yemen and embodiment of the historical relations between Jordan and the Gulf states at the forefront of which is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia whose security and stability we consider as a higher strategic interest." The source explained that Jordan supports the legitimacy in Yemen and the political process that brings all sides of the Yemeni equation together.
