Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, Chief of the Royal Court and Special Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques held a meeting here today with Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah. At the outset of the meeting, Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah congratulated Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz on the royal trust in his appointment as Minister of Defense, who, for his part, expressed his thanks to him for the congratulations. During the meeting, they reviewed a number of topics of common interest and aspects of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of defense. The meeting was attended by Assistant Minister of Defense Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ayesh; Chief of General Staff General Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Bunyan; Director General of Defense Minister's Office Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Issa; Commander of Air Defense Forces Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Awadh bin Suheim; Commander of Land Forces Lieutenant General Eid bin Awwadh Al-Shalawi; and Commander of Naval Forces Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Sultan Al-Sultan. On the Kuwaiti side, it was attended by Sheikh Thamer Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Nawaf Al-Sabah, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Army; Assistant Chief of General Staff for Operations and Plans Commission Major General Ahmed bin Abdul Wahab Al-Omairi; Commander of Land Force Brigadier Khalid Al-Saleh Al-Sabah; and Assistant to Kuwaiti Military Attaché to the Kingdom Major Mohammed bin Khalid Al-Ajmi.
