The joint naval exercise between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States "Union 17" concluded in the United Arab Emirates yesterday. The ten-day exercise comes within the programs and plans aiming at developing ways of training, qualifications, the exchange of experiences, and raising the efficiency of all participants in the exercise. The Chief of Naval Forces Operations Staff Vice Admiral Ghusham bin Manahi Al-Qahtani pointed out that the exercise was carried out within a series of exercises for supporting the integration between the branches of the GCC naval forces and raising the level of their readiness and preparedness.
