International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Christine Lagarde said Wednesday that the success of Greece's economic reform plan depends on the framework that is put in place and how the overhaul is implemented. "We need to see in practice how it is going to be implemented," Lagarde said in an interview with MSNBC.
